error message when going to site URL

I get this error message with the one page template everytime I open the landing page:

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/www/crowleylakestore.com/templates/hot_one_page/index.php on line 150


and this error mesaage in my article content:

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/www/crowleylakestore.com/modules/mod_hot_lightbox/tmpl/default.php on line 15

firefox and Safari both show it. How can i remove these messages and/or solve the error?

These are not errors but harmless PHP notices. Please level down error reporting in Global configuration of your Joomla. Set it to "normal" in example.

Thanks for the help on that. Issue is resolved. Have one othe rquestion that might be easy to answer. I don't see anywhere that I can change out the images in the landing page (the seasons. Any clues on that?
