Module not appear !!?

I building website with One Page template on joomla 3.1.5 . I have added a new module in layout builder. But I not see module show in front-page. Please check this link to view position on front-page. attached screen layout builder. Please help me solve this issue.

If position is empty it will not appear. You can easily check module if you put that same module temporally in position you know that is appears.

I have published module in "top1" position but not work.

then something is wrong with your module settings (menu assignment or something ) or module itself.
