Responsive Menu doesnt work on Android was created by techdocs

The main menu in responsive mode doesn't work on Android. Please advise. Thank you

When the main menu button is clicked, the main menu is seen for a fraction of a second and then goes away. A user is unable to see the entire menu and select a menu item. Please advise. Thank you
