Does not work on IPhone and IPad

Hi!
I wanted to buy this template, but I tested it first on my IPhone 4s and IPad mini.
There are a lot of problems, I don't know why, on my computer everything works fine, even after changing screen resolution.
I'm attaching there are a few screenshots.

So, IPad:
1. The first image has a very strange size (very big)
2. When you a scrolling on the website - the menu scrolling too (it is fixed on a computer browser)
3. Inscription "* click to change season" moved to the photos into section IV. County Management
4. Gallery does not work - I don't see a popup photo - only gray background.
5. On the IPhone it is crashing every time I click menu icon (built-in Safari browser).

You look at site from iframe when you are on that page. We use that to enable easy template swapping for user that browsers our designs, but that sometimes makes templates not appear like they are especially responsive ones. Just click on "Issues on mobile? Remove chooser" that would link you to actual real site:
