Hello,

To make this you would need to create one more row in Layout Builder and put your module in there. Then, you will need to make edits to the template's CSS file, disable border under the logo row and enable it under the new row. Small red tick above the logo will not be there anymore.

Anyway, this task requires CSS coding.
