Where is this image? I do not have a smart phone so am not sure why this stock image shows up.
It has caused major embarrasment to me - how do I get the real image up on a smartphone?

Hello,

There are two images, one for retina screens is double resolution (/images/blog/room-@2x.jpg) and another for normal screens (/images/blog/room.jpg).

Best regards,
Milos

Or even easier, to right-click your browser and find out the image source(s)...

You don't need a smartphone. On your desktop computer, using Chrome, right click on any image, select Inspect and you'll see the image source(s) in page source code.
