update to Joomla ‎4.3.4 to 4.4.0 warnings was created by plive

Hello,
Trying to update my site, i get 2 messages :
Warning
Update::Extension: unable to open update.hotjoomlatemplates.com/sparky_framework_update4x.xml
Update::Extension: unable to open update.hotjoomlatemplates.com/pagebuilder/sparky_update4x.xml

Additional information on installed versions (attached file)
