Site will not scroll properly

Hi Guys, hoping someone can shed some light on this matter

When scrolling down, the page jumps back to the top.

This is not happening on the home page.

This is not a problem related to the template. This is related to something you added to the website later, for example, live chat. Try disabling the features that you added one by one to see when the problem is resolved.

Please try to fix this by disabling the floating top menu. Go to the template settings and under the Layout tab, click the Row Settings button next to the row with the top menu. Disable the Floating option.

Menu Row floating is disabled, problem persists.

It's not disabled. The top menu is still floating. Please check this and get back here when it's disabled.
