As I can see in the demo template the loading between pages is fast, but mine takes a bit of time can you help pls?

Make sure you have this image:

dikoammoxwstou.btportfolio.net/templates/hot_politics/images/custom/logo_bg.png

place 1x1 px transparent image just make sure you have it.

Yes because it is missing and when browser seeks for missing resource that can create hold.
