hidden css

where is all the hidden css files ?
When I inspect through firefox, I'm showing a file called KING which i do not see anywhere, and it houses CSS i do not see anywhere else.

When I inspect through chrome, i'm seeing other files. I've never had this much trouble inspecting and locating css before... Whats the trick to this one ?

You probably think of css that is generated in css/template_css.php . If you are not skilled with php better add to bottom same definition as you need it to override default.
