Error message

I just downloaded this template and get the below message when trying to access the Template Edit Style.
How to fix that problem ?

Did you install the template using the HotStart method? What’s php version on your MAMP installation?

No HotStart method. As Joomla 4 was already installed, I uploaded the zip file like other extensions and install it with Discover . My php version is 7.4.21.

It's strongly recommended to use the HotStart installation method unless you have a website with existing data. So, please use the HotStart installation. If it still doesn't work, let me know.

Template installation without the HotStart installation is a very complex task.

Hi,
Well, installing a template alone has never been complicated so far. I also installed Sparky Framework4 in the same way and manage to access the Template Edit Style function without encountering any error message.
I already migrated my site from Joomla 3 to 4 with all the data and prefer avoiding reinstalling the all package again...

Hello,

1. Make sure the Sparky On Save plugin is installed and published.

2. Make sure you installed the Psychologist template for Joomla 4.0. There are files hot_psychologist3x.zip (for 3.x) and hot_psychologist4x.zip (for 4.0).

Try to install on a live host. If it still doesn't work, you can provide access and we'll check this.
