How do you disable the minimized top menu

Hi I would like to keep only the normal top menu, and remove the minimized menu, how can this be done?

In Extensions > Templates > hot_rain > Responsiveness you should disable option "Responsive Menu".

thanks for quick response, but even with this option the menu changes to minimized. any other ideas?

I checked it on our server and this option works fine. When enabled, the top menu stays normal on all screen sizes. Please check if you are updating the correct parameter. Also, maybe your template files are too old. Please try re-downloading template from our site and re-installation.
