Fresh Hot Start Installation with Broken Links

Hi, It appears I did something incorrectly. That, or my host has messed up my account.

I just installed Responsive Portfolio, Joomala! 3, here... www.technicalink.biz/testport/

All the menu links are broken, returning 404 errors. And, the pages which are displayed when I click on any of the thumbnail images in the "Some of My Projects" section are really weird. It appears that the Template code cannot find the resources it needs to correctly display the pages.

Please help. The above link is to a second fresh installation. The first installation does the same weirdness. Thank you!

Maybe your server does not support url rewriting, try to disable SEF under joomla global configuration

Yep! That was it! EXCEPT, I have several Joomla! installations on this host AND they all use SEF and they all worked until this last weekend. Now only one of them works and I have not been in its backend for weeks. My WordPress site is also messed up as of this last weekend. The one I was working on, in development, when my host decided to switch my account back to PHP 5.2 from 5.3 (don't ask), well all the links in it are now broken too. As I've been waiting for them to figure out what they did to break all the links in that installation (Hot Cinema, btw), I decided to install Responsive Portfolio. Now I know why it did not work from the start, AND why my other sites also broke. I'm at the edge of giving up on this host and moving all my domains to a new one. This makes twice in the last month that they've messed up my account... the first time was disabling ALL my email accounts for 14 hours. Any suggestions on a new host?

Thank you, Ivan, for a direct and workable answer. I'll now let my current host know what they did/have done before they go and mess up something else taking blind stabs in the dark to fix what they broke and haven't a clue about.
