Problem with menu settings

this image so, tiny nav is "invisible". Can you check if that file exists?

My fault as I hijacked an existing topic as same problems being reported.

The file was missing and I have copied across from sparky (hotstart) version.

Now the drop down menus work in tablet/phone. Thanks for that.

FYI the dropdown menu option in Template -> Menu Settings -> Top Menu still does not appear though. I am not sure what that does but is present in the Hotstart version.
