horizontal login on the top

I want to add horizontal login on the top of the header which is compatible with Joomla 3. Do you have or how can we add in it which resize by itself. Any plugin recommendation or how to do it with Joomla 3. Please see the attachment

Which module you are talking about. I did not found any horizontal login in you scripts. Please explan how to add in order to compatible with the theme to be responsive.

Extension > Module manager > new and choose Login module, but it isn't horizontal, you should edit css property related to him to make it horizontal.
