That's ok, but console of web browser?

Right click on empty area on your site > inspect element and go to console tab, do you see some errors?

I am having the same problem since jquery updated. The only error I get from the browser console tab is "Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).dropDownMenu_topmenu is not a function"

I have tried all different ways with jquery on, off, and no conflict. I can have either the menu drop-downs working, OR the full carousel working. How do I fix this?

Hello, you have multiple jQuery declarations on your site. So make sure you turn off all jQuery includes, and leave just one (global) that is set by template option load jQuery.
