Hi. In template startup possible use formatting in textural slogan like in template Hot Justice ?

Yes, you can,

go to extension > template manager > your template > features tab> logo and slogan

and then turn off logo image and set up textual logo.

Please edit template_css.css file and delete border-left line here:
