HotStartUp - Menu Bar was created by madmax24
When scrolling down the site the menu bar appears, is there a way to disable this function and keep the menu static at the top? I prefer not use the feature that open/closes the menu by adding a button.

Yes, in template settings, in Layout Editor tab, next to the row with menu delete word "floating".
