Responsive menu on Android

I just can't solve this issue and would appreciate your input very much.

When I scroll down the page (not before) on Android phone or tablet, the entire top bar doesn't show properly. It is fine on other (apple) devices.

I tested your site on Android device in Chrome browser. There's is the slight problem, but perhaps you modified the code for the floating row. It works fine when it's not modified, like on this link: demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/startup .
