Images in blog page cover the intro text

Hello,

I just started using the Startup template on the following site (under construction):
www.diocesi.parma.it/parrocchie/sorbolo24/
I have a problem with the Blog page ( www.diocesi.parma.it/parrocchie/sorbolo24/index.php/blog ): the small images introducing the topics cover the text. I tried to edit the Blog Layout in the settings of the Blog menu, but without success.

Do you have any suggestions about what to do to make the images float without covering the text?

The attached file "blog_item.php" (unzip it first) must be uploaded in the folder /templates/startup/html/com_content/category/

If there's no such file/folder, please add it. If there is a file, overwrite it.
