Please have a look at test.wolfgangschaffernicht.de/index.php/ueber-mich.html

a have add some code in Extensions > Templates > Template Name > Custom > CSS but nothing changed.
I look at the file /templates/template_name/css/sparky-id96-160712150310.css and see an old date from "160712"
I think my changes will not saved.
Whats the problem?

Each time you save template options, a new CSS file with new name is generated. If your template is not making new files, make sure that all Joomla permissions are OK in System > System Information > Folder Permissions

i have checked it. All Folders are writable.
