Remove the copyright reference to HotThemes please

Hi Milos,

can you please tell me how to remove the copyright reference to 'Template by HotThemes.' on this template? I cant seem to find a module called copyright nor can i find reference to it in the index.php which are the 2 more common places i usually find it?
