Problems with installation (J3.0)

I recommend you go with hot start. In zip package you got form us there is ...hot_start.zip it contains whole site with all demo data like on our demo server. Unpack it to web root and browse site base link to start joomla normal installation, just make sure you install sample data during instillation.

Hi,

Thx for your reply.
Like i said, i did use the hotstart ("I'm using the hot_tennis31_hotstart.").
At the end of the installation, i had 6 choices for installing sample data. First time i chose the 2nd one, and the second time i read this topic and chose the 3rd one according to one of the reply here.

But my front is still the default one, and my template is not visible in the backend (but it is in the template folder, as i uploaded all the hotstart).

That's why i don't know what i'm suppose to do...

Right choice is one that says "SELECT THIS FOR HOT START" (3rd)

Thx, it works now.

For your information, i'm french, and like the install was in french, i hadn't "SELECT THIS FOR HOT START" in my list of choice.
