Support doesnt allow u;oad attachments

Hi

I cannot get an attachment loaded when creating a new support log.
It allows me to find my attachment bu tnot to upload. The only button i see is insert which inserts some data into this message box but does not attach the attachment

Are you talking about this forum or your site? For this forum make sure attachment is < 400kb
