User Registration form does not send email

Hi Ivan

The user registration form does not send an email to the user to verify account.
I have checked and the contacts page works fine and sends an email and so does my booking form.
I have set the mail settings as per attached image
Once I have completed the sign-up and clicked on register I get the following error on the front page:

Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet.

Check spam, if you get message like "can not intiate sendmail" or you get white page of death then your mail settings do not work check them under Global configuration -> Server tab -> Mail settings. If you are on IIS then selecting PHP mail() for mailer should work.
