Parse error on hotstart install

Hi there,

I am getting the following parse error when trying to hotstart this template. I downloaded the latest version today. The error is:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /modules/mod_hot_swipe_carousel/tmpl/default.php on line 100

I get similar parse errors when I go to look at the template style and the Sparky Framework doesn't display properly.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

Perhaps your server runs on PHP 5.3. Please make sure that you have at least PHP 5.4 installed on your server. Check Joomla 3 recommended server features here: www.joomla.org/about-joomla/technical-requirements.html
