Menu not displayed was created by dh12355@gmx.de

I use Phoca Gallery 4.3.4 with Joomla 3.7.2 on www.christus-zentrum-uelzen.de/
When i click at www.christus-zentrum-uelzen.de/fotogalerie.html where the galery is displayed the menu is not displayed.
What must be done to change it?

This page is not loading jQuery. Please edit the component's settings and enable loading of jQuery.
