The Top Menu disappears & is not recoverable.
Installing Transport, clean from Hot Start, updated to J3.8.3 - all is good...
Making ANY changes (in template Layout) to either of the top two rows (delete, change size, replace) any position and the the entire Top Menu just disappears. I cannot get it back under any circumstance including reversing the change just made. The only option is to delete template and sql and re-'hot start' from scratch.
Just adding a new row (blank or with one unused position at full width) to row 4 (under the Top Menu) same result, row 2 (Top Menu) just completely disappears.
Been through this at least 20 times already, attempted every possible setting and variation - I cannot resolve this issue.
Hopefully, I am just missing something simple....
Perhaps someone has seen this and can point me in the right direction to fix this or provide a fix....
