thank you, it works
When I upgrade joomla to version 3.9.3, when I make changes to the template settings, they are not saved, and the menu disappears. Need to update sparky framework?

Hello,
You need to re-download template from our site (active account is needed) and then upload new template files via FTP. You can skip the CSS files if you modified them.
Thanks,
Milos

Does this mean that every time Joomla does an update we must update all client sites using Hot Joomla Themes templates again and update all sites?

Hello,
It's not always required. However, in some major updates of Joomla, we must modify template files to make them compatible. In such cases, you would need to update template (besides Joomla update).
Thanks,
Milos
