You can go to System > Site Template Styles > Hot Veterinarian. Under the "Style Name *" (under the tabs), enter any name you want and save.
You can also use the Export function, but it's more complicated. First, under the Custom tab, all 3 fields must be empty. Second, the new template archive will be exported to the folder /media/templates/site/sparky_framework/export. Third, you can install it (as a new template) and activate it (it will have the same settings as the template it's exported from). If you are using this function, make a full website backup as it may not work as expected, depending on the level of customization you applied.
