When we make template we have option to override virtuemart default php files by placing them in our template folder under /html , in this case we simply don't have that it's all done bu default vm layout php files so it simply impossible to look for problem in our files.
NOTE: Later vm updates often required db manual modifications to fix things up , if you did update you should look for notes regarding update.

Hi,

No VM or Joomla updates were applied just using Watches quickstart as released.

The missing product quantities in cart was fixed by changing the VM pricing options which are different between VM default and Watches quickstart default. So yes it is not in your files - but in the VM configuration released with your quickstart which is different than the VM version default at same level.

The missing product quantity input field was missing due to missing styling for the input.quantity field, this is in the template_css.css - which is a template file - maybe there is a better way to fix this but not being a template designer i can't see it.

I still think your templates are the best to be found, but I feel that the product should work completely out of the box.

The issue with missing styling on the Thank you page, could still be template (or sparky framework) related because this does not occur on the default VM install/configuration. But only on the site when using the Watches template.

Thanks
Henk

Hi Henk,

Please create folder /templates/hot_watches/html/com_virtuemart/cart and put the attached file inside (unzip it first). This should fix the Thank You page problem.

Thanks
Milos
