Watches Template 2.5 - Cant see articles

Hello new to the forum

I have just installed the watches theme complete demo version all working OK.
I just want to amend text within the articles, but I can not see any article pages in the editor to amend.
In instructions it refers to using the Sparky framework layout editor, but I cant see that either.

Any guidance would be great

Layout editor if in template manager , when you enter template settings. It is used to place layout bricks but you don't need that, if you want to alter articles text you go to article manager and there you will find list of articles to edit

I have used Joomla 1.5 for a number of years, 2.5 is new to me.

1. I cant see a layout editor in my templates.
2. Where can I download the layout editor from? what is it called?

3.How do you change the logo text from HOT WATCHES to my company name? I cant see any modules or articles to amend it?

4. Also how do I edit the contact us details on the contact us page?

You log in to your admin beck-end, click Extensions->Template Manager, click on hot_watches - Default, first tab "Layout Builder" you will see Layout Editor control, see attached image.
3rd tab "Features" contains parameter to change that text, see attached

In admin menu , Components -> Contacts -> Contacts, you will see "Hot Joomla Templates", click it to enter its settings.
