I still see this :

Well template is not designed originally to work with ie <= 8 , I tried to give you some hint hoping it will make it work but it seams there is no way.

btw. even Microsoft does not support ie8 , half of microsoft.com will not work correctly on ie8.

Sorry not sure why the confusion, I'm not looking at supporting it in IE8 never was. I was simply removing a block of IE8 style coding you suggested I remove.

In my opening post I refer to IE9, the issue relates to both IE 9 and 10.
