Editing front page layout.

Hi,

How do I modify front page to display items like in drug store and cosmetic VM templates.
I would use these for my project but they are not responsive; Hot watches is.

In summary, I want to use Hot Watches because it's responsive but want simple classic store layout like Hot Drug Store or Hot Cosmetic.

Layout is defined here:

templates\hot_watches\html\com_virtuemart\virtuemart\default_products.php

btw. all template specific layouts(overrides of default vm layouts) are placed under:

templates\hot_watches\html\com_virtuemart\

I'm not a pro editing templates but I want to be able to change the default single column view in front page. I did that in VM configuration settings but it breaks the front page.

Also, how can I stop VM from creating the tilted image used in the front page?

See what happens when you just remove:

templates\hot_watches\html\com_virtuemart\virtuemart

(make backup of that folder first)
