template crashes in shopping cart

Dear Sirs,

On our live site www.mycornetto.nl , when changing the number of products and hitting the refresh arrows besides the number box in the cart, the template crashes. This also happens when slecting a payment method and hitting save (opslaan in Dutch).

The site continues to work, when changing form one page to another, or refreshing the cart by clicking “Mijn Bestellijst” in the footer menu, for example. The site then returns to its normal template behavior.

I suspect I may be due to the VM 2.6 update?

Maybe you will have to rese vm configuration. Delete all records (usually one) from _vm_config table. Then input configuration parameters again(remember them first).

I just did but it did not solve the problem.

Can you disable SEF links to see if problem exists in that case?

No solution there.

The same problem occurs on Explorer in www.opleiding-medische-basiskennis.nl/

The template crashes when choosing shipment or payment methods, or changing number of items and updating.

Plaase help because MyCornetto.nl is an important live site to us. Joomla and htacces login are alle ready emailed.
