contact error

this is Sammy again 
i have this issue please take a look 

Could not instantiate mail function.
, i created contact menu then configured the menu from contact 
then i made the menu hidden but published 
then i use the contact located on Top2 Module and i put the link for the menu
then we i tested it came with this error *** Could not instantiate mail function.***
