Well, I've purchased subj template and have following error message while trying to perform step 3 from the install instruction:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in \Hosting\6686798\html\web\libraries\joomla\utilities\simplexml.php on line 172

Need help urgently.

well, actually after maybe 60 tries it did work and I could start installation, but why did it happen? can anybody explain? and it would be usefull in future to know how to avoid this kind of issue.

From message you provided it's clear that is related hosting server or it's environment, maybe it was doing some demanding task in parallel during your installation.

yeah, its from hosting, and It's setup in .htaccess or php.ini, but I am trying again and again and nothing helps. maybe anyone knows how to change that execution time limit specifilaccy on php settings of this package?

Since you probably don't have root access of this server, you must ask server administrator to help you.

exactly I dont have it! and this baaad support dont know how and actually doesnt really want to help me with the matter. anyways you guys cant help me either, but thanks for the income.
