When I put my code (Html tables and graphics) in these two areas, they show under the website. They go below all the content. Those logos at the bottom only stay where they are when I put them in the footer. But I don't like to have a footer that goes across the screen. I want to have it align with the width of the template borders. that is why I am trying to create a module position. But this later doesn't work correctly either. Any thoughts?

On the right side, by the middle, where the title reads: ANNUAIRE DES SITES ALGERIENS
The content is not contained inside the module area. Do you know how to fix this?

Thanks, something is missing in the new position. I only see the edges, the gradient background is missing. Also, the gradient edge is short. If I extend it with photoshop, will it affect the template?
Where did you insert new module position? What module is in the new position?

The wrapper is not responding to the edits. It only changes the height. The width is always the same no matter what numbers I put. I tried pixels and %, and all the different setups.
Help!
Please edit the wrapper menu item and type any text in Page Class Suffix field (system tab)

FOOTER AND TOOLBAR positions are not working correctly in Internet Explorer.

The content in those modules are not properly imported. A lot of tables with width parameters, perhaps copied/pasted without necessary edits from another website.
