I disabled google ads and the feed, but I get the same result. The right column on the homepage is down, and in the articles, the left column pushes all the content down.

Please restore original CSS files and keep your edited versions on your computer. Let me see the website then.

Okay, here you go.
But I edited the template, too. ( I mean edited the width and height and some graphics) But I haven't added any module position or anything like that yet.

Edited width and heights? Where? Please upload original template files, you can upload entire directory and keep your directory with edited files (rename it). I believe you made some errors and that's why widths are not proper.

What do you mean widths are not proper? You provide an interface where you modify widths in the template admin area.
Why would that be an error?

I am trying to accomplish something close to this. It is very basic. Left middle and right, where all the columns stay put. And why would the fee go larger than the right column? That same module works perfect with all templates.

You didn't understand me. You can edit anything you like in template parameters. My question was "Did you edit css files of the template, or index.php file of the template?"

If you did, please restore original template files temporary.
