new to joomla and my template says it's unwritable

i'll contact godaddy during business hours tomorrow.
luckily i hadn't done anything in my joomla account yet, was just trying to set up this template to get started. so nothing is lost.

You could provide them your hotstart package so they can install it for you instead of standard Joomla.

morning. i'm not having much luck. godaddy said they can't help me, however they did walk me through uninstalling and reinstalling joomla.
and the only help from joomla is via a forum as well, unfortunately it's been days and they haven't replied either.
any chance you provide support where you could hotstart the template for me? or that usually not something that happens?
