Did set System / Global Configuration / Server / Error Reporting to NONE, but it does not change anything, the error messages still come. I also see messages coming up like "you are here", and then the modules where I am at (home etc.) ...

I think you should contact your server administrator.

Well, there is no other admin...

I could turn Error reporting off, in the PHP configuration of the Synology system settings, and the annoying notice is gone....

Now there is only a little thing left, the system tells the users all the time, in which module they are. Example:
