Top Menu problem

Hello to all!
I recently purchased this template and I have this problem: The top menu in position user3 doesn't show the menu items as in the demo but just as simple vertical list. The installation isn't hot start since there was already a joomla installation.

I have read it yesterday for more than an hour to figure out if I have made any mistake but Im sure I follow the instructions directly.

The problem exists in the upper right menu option where is module user3 on the current template. I 've made all the appropriate changes according to www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/blog/joomla-t...ems-and-subline-text .
Milos is there anything else I need to check?
