How to remove text "Joomla Restaurant Template"

Thank you for your help Ivan. The site screen shot in this thread is someone else but now I know where to go and change it.

I think I would like to make the 'chef' and the 'Hot Joomla Carousel' modules show about 15% to 20% smaller. I seems that I can change the height x width for both modules in the template_css.css

Am I correct?

You can just make chefs image smaller and set that div w/h to that new dimensions, for Hot Joomla Carousel you can change also image sizes and set module parameters.
