Yes, it was the hot_sportal_j25_unzip_first 1

I unzipped this file first hot_sportal_j25_unzip_first 1 then it provided about 4 or 5 more unzipped files; these 4 or 5 files is what I uploaded using the extension manager.

Perhaps you are uploading the files randomly without reading instructions...
