Problems With Template Installation

No, I don't need user/pass. If the hot_sportal is not in the template directory, then you didn't upload files from the hot_sportal_hotstart.zip archive properly. Check this archive and you'll see that /templates/hot_sportal exists. How then it doesn't exists on your server?

Okay yes I found it on the server, what am I supposed to do from here?

If the directory are on server, then the template must be in template's list. If it's not, then you didn't upload template files correctly.

Sorry, if you don't know such simple operations like uploading files and directories on server properly, I can't help you. The only thing I can offer is the Installation service ($30). Otherwise, you should find somebody more experienced to install template for you.

I uploaded the files to the sever correctly the installation screen came up and I filled that out correctly but the template is not listed..I don't see what I could have done wrong during uploading stage if it's so "simple".

And the template has to be on some how if my website looks like this --> hoopstyles.com

Please open a support ticket and give me your FTP and Joomla superadministrator access.
