I am sorry but your site need to be upgraded. Joomla 2.5 is not supported any more and it's not safe to keep site based on Joomla 2.5. Please migrate to Joomla 3.4 at your earliest convenience, reinstall Hot Scroller with latest version and problems with Hot Scroller will be probably fixed.
