But as you can see on the screenshots it is a misterious thing that this is not working. I tried also with Multi-Language etc. but it looks still the same, I reinstalled it and so on now but it doesn't work..

css and other filer you mentioned do not load because /en or other language url parts are added to url and component that does that does not handle rooting back correctly . That is common thing with url rewriting (adding language mark in url) and default rewriting engine handles that nicely, but you don't use default url rewriting engine so look at your language component.
