Well, I re-downloaded it from my hot webdesign account yesterday... 12/27/12. Has that file been updated so that I really don't need this joomla.xml file?

That file does not exist in latest versions so if you did not find it you have latest version.

Ivan - - I have tried to do fresh install and cannot get it to work at all.
I really need help. I will pay for support if reasonable. How can I get someone to install this template for me?
