It something about your local server. I checked everything again. It installs fine on my local computer with PHP 5.3.2 and MySQL 5.1.44.

Please upload it on hosted server and try to install there.

Hi Milos,
I downloaded MySQL 5.1.41 to replace 5.5.8 and everything went through OK .. so some incompatibilty in the template and the later version of MySQL
Thanks for your time in sorting this out
