Another question I have is how I can change the background that brings the staff and shown on the left and righ position as shown in the image Annex.
On the other hand you could tell me how to change the logo?

I would suggest:
As you may bg_metal.jpg image with dimensions of 187x128 being a very small image may have a larger size in the actual template hot car.

The content displayed on the demo template hot cars in the user position 5,6,7 and 8 to that type of information to news or articles corersponde?.
